For barbers
A designed booking website for barbershops and men’s grooming studios. Per-chair calendars, deposits that hold, walk-in friendly waitlists, and a gallery that shows your work. The shop floor on a phone, with 0% platform markup.
Templates
Designed booking websites, each with a different mood. Same booking engine underneath. Pick the one that matches the room.
Designed first
A barbershop site should feel like the shop, not like a form. Three templates designed around how a barbershop reads. The Fade Room runs dark and neon, like a late-night studio. Blackline reads architectural, with brushed-brass detailing and crisp modern lines. Bottega is the warm cream option, with terracotta accents and a villa feel. Pick the one that matches your room and the booking is already wired in underneath.
Per-chair calendars
Each chair gets its own calendar. Every barber sets their own hours, services, and policies, and only sees their own bookings. Clients pick the barber they want when they book. No double-bookings, no calls about who is working today. If someone calls out, you re-route to another chair in two taps.
Deposits that hold
Stripe-backed deposits at booking time. Your cancellation window, late-cancel fee, and no-show fee all enforced on the booking flow, not on a paper sign at the door. The clients who showed up have already paid for the chair. Solo barbers tend to see no-show rates cut roughly in half in the first month.
Walk-ins, your way
A live waitlist clients can join from their phone. Cancellations auto-fill from the list. Last-minute openings post to your booking link, and the waitlist gets notified by email so a slot fills fast (SMS alerts coming soon). Set the radius and the time window, and the rest runs on its own.
Gallery built in
Show your work where it matters. The gallery loads fast on mobile, supports before-and-after toggles for fades and beard sculpts, and links each photo back to the matching service in your menu. A client who taps a fade they like lands on the booking flow for that exact cut.
No-cost migration
We import your services, hours, staff, and client list. Usually the same day. You keep every email, phone number, and standing appointment. It is free and included on every plan, so you are not paying a setup fee or losing a month while you switch.
