Service-true durations
Full set, hybrid, classic, volume, mega volume. Refills at 2 and 3 weeks. Each priced and timed cleanly, with buffers built in for setup and breakdown. Clients see real openings, not estimated ones, so a 2-hour booking actually takes 2 hours and your next client is not waiting at the door.
Deposits, defended
First-time clients pay a deposit before the booking holds. A 2-hour set is too valuable to lose to a no-show. Returning clients can skip the deposit if you want, the rule is set per service and per client type. The deposit becomes credit toward the appointment, so nothing feels punitive.
Intake on file
Pre-visit intake form captures allergies, prior reactions, and any contraindications. Notes save to the client profile, so you have them at the next visit. Aftercare instructions send automatically after the appointment, with rebook reminders timed to the cycle (3 weeks for fills, 4 for refills).
Photo-forward
Built-in gallery with before-and-after toggles, optimized for mobile. Each photo can link to the exact service it shows, so a "Wispy Hybrid" on your gallery becomes a one-tap booking. Filter by style, by intensity, by curl. Photos load fast even on a slow phone.

Most of your traffic comes from an Instagram bio link. Custom domain (yourstudio.com) on Studio plan and up. Or a clean bkrdy.me subdomain free, like lash.bkrdy.me. Either way the page loads in under a second and the booking flow is built thumb-first.

Questions
Yes. Deposit rules are set per service and per client type (new vs returning), so returning clients can book without a deposit while new ones pay one.
Clients fill it in before their first appointment, by clicking a link in the confirmation. Allergies, contraindications, and any notes save to their client profile so you have them next visit.
A basic product catalog ships in late 2026. For now, the gallery can link out to wherever you sell aftercare.
BookReady works for solo lash artists in shared spaces. Your booking, clients, and Stripe payouts are yours, not the studio’s.
There is no API integration, but your booking link works as your bio link, and the page is designed to load fast from an Instagram tap.
