Packages built in
A signature spa day bundle (massage + facial + aromatherapy) priced as one item, scheduled as three timed blocks. Add-on selling at booking: scalp massage, eye treatment, hot stones. Clients see the real total and the real duration before they hit book, no awkward surprises at checkout.
Per-room calendars
A single appointment can hold a practitioner and a room. If the massage therapist is available but the treatment room is not, the slot does not show. No double-bookings, no shuffling clients between rooms mid-visit, no calls about who is doing what when.
Series pre-pays
A 3-hour spa day deserves a deposit. Set a flat amount, a percentage, or a per-hour rate. Series like a 6-session massage course or a body-treatment plan get paid up front and drawn down per visit, with remaining balance shown on the client profile and in confirmation emails.
Pre-visit prep
A reminder that says "arrive 15 minutes early, drink water" lands better than a generic nudge. Pre-visit prep notes go out automatically with the reminder, 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment. Aftercare instructions auto-send after the visit.
No-cost migration
We import your services, hours, client list, and standing recurring bookings. Usually the same day, free, included on every plan. You keep your spa packages and your client database, so the first month feels seamless.

Yes. Rooms have their own calendars. A booking holds the right practitioner AND the right room, so the slot only shows if both are free.
A package is a bundle of services priced as one item. The booking flow schedules each service in sequence with the right buffer in between. Practitioners can be the same or different.
Yes. Series and packages are pre-paid, with sessions drawn from the balance. Remaining sessions show on the client profile and confirmation emails.

Couples and pairs bookings are supported by scheduling two services in the same time block with two practitioners and one room. We are shipping a dedicated group-booking flow in late 2026.
Yes. Services can be assigned to specific practitioners, so clients only see openings with someone who actually provides that service.
Most spas are live in an hour with the full menu, hours, and team set up. Migration from Vagaro, Mindbody, or Square usually finishes the same day, free.
